I don't know what took me so long to make sea turtle earrings! I'm going to have to make a few more pair with different colored gemstones. Decisions... decisions...
Here's a fun sea turtle fact:
When female sea turtles bury their eggs in the sand, the sex is determined by the temperature of the sand along the shore. These turtle eggs will nest for around two months and their sex is determined by a difference of around 7 degrees. Sea turtles that incubate below 81.86 F, will be born male, and sea turtles that incubate above 88.8 F, will be born female.
Interesting, right!??!
