Wear Your Ocean Story

There's something magical about mermaids... those beautiful mythical ocean creatures! Especially if she's sitting atop a sparkly druzy!

As I was browsing through my trays of cabochons, the minute I saw this unique druzy agate, I knew this was the one that must sit underneath my little mermaid! I created prongs to secure the stone and sawed out the backplate behind that cute little druzy encrusted heart in the middle. (That little heart is my favorite part!). 

The mermaid was meticulously sawed out of sterling silver sheet and soldered to the backplate. Handstamping the details on this lovely lady brings out her personality and truly makes it one of a kind. She clutches a tiny little simulated opal... her little treasure she found in the sea!
