RETURN/REFUND/EXCHANGE  POLICY

Every unique handcrafted item is passionately created and infused with every bit of my heart and soul... and I truly want you to experience that and be completely in love with your new treasure. I strive to put that same heart and soul into my item descriptions, so please read them carefully and pay particular attention to the sizing and measurements.

If you are not happy with your SmashFire Designs piece, please contact me within 10 days of receipt and I would love to work something out with you... an exchange would be preferable, but I will refund item price, excluding shipping if that is what you really want. The item must be returned to me, unworn, and in perfect condition in order for me to issue a full refund. Email me at: kim@smashfiredesigns.com.

If an item arrives to you broken or damaged, please contact me IMMEDIATELY and we will work on a way to get it resolved.

Unfortunately I can not accept returns on items that are custom orders. When we embark on a custom order, I consider it a journey, and I will be in contact with you every step of the way so there shouldn't be any surprises.

I can also not accept returns on any item that has been damaged due to misuse or neglect, putting it through a dishwasher or washing machine, wearing it during a Tough Mudder mud run, doing cannonballs into a pool with it, swimming with sharks, letting puppies or babies teethe on it,  throwing it onto the Indy 500 racetrack...etc... Well... I think you get it. ;-)

These are handcrafted items my friends, and must be treated with the utmost respect, care, and most importantly, love.

Bottom line: this is my passion. I want you to be over the moon happy with your new pieces, so please contact me with any questions and concerns you might have. :-)

Orders over $150 ship FREE via USPS with tracking.

Orders under $150 ship via USPS as per calculated rates at checkout. Choice of First Class or Priority Mail.

Tracking Numbers will be sent once packages shipped.

Once in the carrier's hands, I am no longer responsible for packages, but if a package gets lost I will do my best to try and help you track it down.

At this time, I am only shipping domestically. International orders will be welcome shortly.
