SHIPPING

Most items are made to order, so please allow 3-4 days for your order to ship.

Each item comes beautifully packaged in a teal gift box with decorative ribbon.

If you need your item(s) in a hurry, please email me at kim@smashfiredesigns.com asap and I will do my best to accommodate your shipping needs.

Orders ship via USPS as per calculated rates at checkout.You can also upgrade to expedited shipping or choose different carriers if need be during checkout.

If you would like your package insured, please leave a note in your order, and I will send an invoice for the additional cost.

Tracking Numbers will be sent once packages shipped.

Once in the carrier's hands, I am no longer responsible for packages, but if a package gets lost I will do my best to try and help you track it down.

ORDERS SHIPPED OUTSIDE THE USA

I do ship internationally. Please know your country's policies and duties/VAT/additional fees, as these will be charged to you upon package pickup/receipt.
